What Is Clickbank About?

For the inexperienced internet marketer, Clickbank may pretty much mean nothing more than a snap purse with some major credit cards tucked away. Clickbank is really the largest affiliate marketplace on the web. While there is no way that I can give you all that you need to know about Clickbank in this post, I hope it will give you an idea of what to expect from it and your quest for internet marketing success.

Clickbank is ideally the affiliate marketer's dream come true. Back in the old days, if you wanted to sell one of your products on the internet, you would have to get your own merchant account and credit card processing. For new business owners, this was extremely hard to do with no credit history. It was quite rare to get credit for making more than $1,000 in sales in a month until you built up a reputation. The reason was because credit card companies were scared of refunds for new businesses if their products was not up to par. This made it very difficult for the new businessman on the web to get somewhere. Then Clickbank came to save the day.
They had first opened up shop in 1998. Their purpose was easy. They established themselves in order to make a way for businesses to sell their products. Today, the Clickbank marketplace has over 10,000 products listed. They handle all the collections that's paid for these products and they cut vendors a check twice a month, not like the credit card companies that pay you once a month.

There is so much more to Clickbank than just collecting payments for you product. Clickbank is also an abode where people that want to promote other people's products as an affiliate. Every affiliate has plenty of products to choose from. In order to become an affiliate is simple. All you have to do is register with the company and it's totally FREE!
I have assembled a report you can download for free here (at the right of the page) that will tell you all you need to know about how Clickbank works so that you'll be fully prepared for doing business with them. This way you won't make the same mistakes that I made and many other people make that costs them hundreds, if not thousands of dollars.

Much to your success!
